OperationsEdge is a website operated at operationsedge.co.uk. We publish independent reviews and guides for UK operations managers, warehouse managers and logistics professionals.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, OperationsEdge is the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website.

  • Newsletter provider — if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with our email marketing provider. We will update this policy when a provider is in use.

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.

5. International data transfers

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 2 years from the date of your message, or until you request deletion.
  • Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics data: retained in anonymised/aggregated form; identifiable data (if any) retained for no longer than 26 months.
